Suns vs. Spurs

For Christmas I really wanted to surprise Bud with tickets to the Suns vs. Spurs game that was scheduled in Phoenix for January 29th. However being newly married our finances were tight and so there were limits to what I could do. Lucky for me our good friend Brian has season tickets and frequently cannot attend the games. He called Bud about 3:30 pm on the 29th and offered us the tickets. We were so excited! It was a cheap date...dinner at home, finding $5 parking and of course cheering for the opposing team (Bud loves the Spurs...but the Suns are a close second. I cheered for the Suns.) We had a really good time even though I was fighting a really bad head cold and was really congested the whole time (you can tell in one of the pictures how puffy my eyes are...in fact I ended up not going to work the next day.). Thanks so much Brian you're such a pal!
