Pork Roast- Recipe #2

This is the easiest dinner to make. All you need is a pork loin roast and the ingredients below


Thaw the roast if it has been in the freezer. Sprinkle generous amounts of seasoned salt and pepper on the pork and rub it in. (I don't think you can over do it. Ours could have used more.)


Pour pineapple and juice over pork and sprinkle on as many Crasins as you'd like. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (great for fast Sunday!). Below is the finished product! You can serve with rice or anything you'd like. I think next time I might add some brown sugar to make more of a glaze with the pineapple. Happy cooking!
