Yep! That's right folks, it looks like this little peanut is a baby girl. She was very active today during the ultrasound and it was so fun to see her move. She kept kicking her legs and moving her head around a lot. And I couldn't help but think from these pictures that she might already be developing a little thumb sucking habit. :-) We are so excited and have felt for some time that this baby would be a girl. I even dreamed early in my pregnancy that we were having a girl. The ultra sound tech said from the measurements I appear to be 18 weeks and 6 days which would put my due date as August 10th. But since it is so close to the due date my doctor gave me of August 14th I don't imagine he'll be changing it any time soon. I guess we'll see as this little girl continues to grow. Now for a name...For that you'll have to wait until she gets here. I thought it would be much easier to come up with names than it has been. I think we've decided that we'll try to narrow it down to three that we like and then wait to see what she looks like. We might change our minds completely anyway. Thank all for your sweet comments and loving support we are so blessed to have such wonderful families and friends.

Yay! Our target ultrasound is in a couple of weeks, at 22 weeks. I love being able to see the baby in so much detail. Congrats on your baby girl!

I am so excited for you guys!!! I remembered when you told me about your dream and how you thought it would be a girl. Dave and I totally believe in dreams...That how we got Owen Clyde. I'm so happy that you're pregnancy has gone so well, I'm jealous.

Congratulations! I'm super excited for the two of you. Kristalyne is right, little girls are so much fun. Chad and I are really enjoying the two that we have...even though we have some super crazy moments. Now you can get out and ejoy shopping for all those cute little outfits :)
