This happened a while ago but I just cleaned off the camera this weekend and thought I'd share. Last year I learned to make homemade applesauce right from the tree and can peaches. I'll be honest this is the only food storage we have right now but it's a start and could probably at least get us through a week or two if a disaster struck. ;-)

I would LOVE to have the recipe/directions for making and canning your own applesauce- a project I have wanted to do for quite some time. :)
