In Loving Memory
This morning I received some incredibly sad news. My dear friend Brooke's husband was killed in Afghanistan yesterday while serving as a PA in the army. Words cannot describe the pain that I feel right now in her behalf. She is one of the most incredible women I have ever met. I cannot imagine the grief she must be feeling. Being married has brought the meaning of life to entirely different level for me. It has put in perspective for me how incredibly short and precious life truly is. There is so much more that I could say but words cannot describe how I feel right now. I don't know when you will read this Brooke but please know that we are praying for you and we love you so much. Here is to the memory of one of Americas bravest men, husband and father. May his life be an example and inpiration to us all. We love you.

Our hearts broke reading this and looking at her blog. We too, thank them for the service and sacrafice they have given on our behalf. I am glad she has you for her friend.
