Bud has been playing softball ever since I met him. Before we were married he used to play double headers both Thursday and Friday nights and I'd always go along and watch. I had no idea how good he was until the first time I went and watched. He usually always plays left center field and he can throw the ball all the way home without a bounce if he has to. I have rarely seen him miss a fly ball and have seen him hit it over the fence on several occasions. Now that we're married he just plays on Fridays and it's become a tradition to go get Subway before the game and then get a McDonald's vanilla cone afterwards. I look forward to it every week. I've been meaning to post these videos for a long time but forgot with the business of the wedding. The first two are from his Thursday night league when my mom was in town visiting. The last one is from this past weeks game where he was without a doubt the MVP. I only wish I had a video of him sliding into second and then getting up to run to third when they overthrew the ball. What a champ!

Those boys have always been awesome at baseball/softball!
Fun to watch! Wow he really is good! It would be hilarious to have a softball game with the Badger clan.
I can just picture it. Hope you guys are doing well.
Kim!!!
I was looking at my blog, which led me to a friends blog, which led me to Jamilyn's blog, which led me to YOU! I love blogs!
So Taylor and I got together with Jami and Dan at Christmas time, and I was so happy to hear that you fell in love and you are now a married woman! That is great!
We are now in Nampa, ID, near Boise. Our son, Kellen will turn three tomorrow, and our baby Jane will be three months.
I think about you from time to time and I miss being your pal, so lets get in touch!
Congrats again on your marriage! You look beautiful and really happy.
Love ya!

Bud I was expecting one of your bat flips. You really aren't as good as I thought though. A little more effort would be nice. I would take you on my team anytime....
Hey Bud-
Try batting right handed. I know, chicks(Kim)dig the long ball.
